I didn't have any outcome in mind when I begun. It was purely experimental and led to me producing this.

I used the lens flare, sparkle and lighting filters in The Gimp to get the light effect. For the out f body experience kind of look, I used full sized brush on the smudge tool and swooped up on the image.

The background was all smudged with different brushes also for a blurred effect.

The Moonkeeper.

As she holds the brightly lit moon with her multiple beings, Guarding it, she prepares to raise it up to the sky,
As the evening draws in, to guide the tides,
Of the great clear deep sea.

(Thought I'd have a go at poetry to match the art. Not the best, but that's what sprung to mind)
